There is nothing minor about what happens at this time. And even the smallest development could contain the seeds of something far bigger. The axis of life-direction is in the frame, so any major developments are more likely to involve home and family, on the one hand, and your career on the other. Events may also have their origins in those of late January. Certainly, if you have planets and points on or near five degrees of Taurus, Scorpio, Leo or Aquarius, you are at an important stage of your Plutonic journey of transformation.

Monday’s Jupiter-Pluto opposition brings push to shove. Technically, the areas of career/life-goals and home/family are in the frame, so it would be the ideal time to make a big career move or get behind major domestic changes. Then again, you may have no choice in the matter and out-of-the-blue events will inspire such actions. This is a period in which fate and destiny continue to play a big part in your life, which doesn’t mean you can’t control anything, more that you have to allow things to unfold completely before you make your move.

You could be on the move. Lots of travel for some, a permanent change of location for a few, and for all, movement in situations that have been stuck forever. All change is good, as they say, but the way it comes in may not be appreciated at the time! Jupiter is encouraging growth at the very roots of life: additions to the family aside, financial gifts or improvements in income could inspire upwardly-mobile moves. Don’t expect everything to work out as planned, especially on or near the 12th and 28th – the cosmos moves in mysterious ways to take you where you’re meant to go.

This is the second year running that the astrology is like nothing we’ve seen before, which means you have to be flexible and philosophical about what comes or goes. For many, it’s a year when family comes first and for others it’s about expanding your territory, whether in the sense of spreading your influence or a bigger and better home and more people with whom to share it! There could be a lot of travel, especially in the first six months, and some of you will embark on a course to increase your knowledge or add to your bank of skills.
