If you’ve been sheltering from the storm, it’s time to get out and meet and mingle. Every so often, there’s a break in the cosmic clouds giving you an opportunity to solve problems and make progress, and this is one of those times. The Sun and Mercury angle mighty Jupiter and with a new moon to follow (16th), also in the zone of self-worth, for one reason or another, your stock is rising. Feel empowered. Feel confident. Even if the efforts you make to increase your standing, security and stability don’t have an immediate result, they will in the future.

ARIES
Mars has been moving through your sign since early April, which could explain why you’ve been on a battle-footing much of the time, and also why there have been some discouraging moments and certainly times when you’ve taken on more than you should. Mars now angles Jupiter – the Bringer of Joy – so a reward for your efforts could be in the pipeline. However, with Pluto also centre stage, actions have consequences that will be longer-lasting and more profound. In other words, hold your fire and consider every angle before making a major move.

May 2026
Hopefully you enjoy controversy because there’s plenty of it in May. Whether your statements or beliefs clash with others or something from the past comes up for review you face a challenge. And then there’s money. While an unexpected bonus could help with finances, errors, especially with online transactions, are also likely. Think of every angle and avoid making a statement that you cannot guarantee to be true. That said, there are some serious benefits to May’s stars, not least a journey in miles or an experience that transforms your future horizons.

The Year Ahead for Aries
There are two distinct halves to the year. Until the end of June, Jupiter will be encouraging you to build your future, whether through your career or putting down roots, improving family life, even moving home. You may see your reputation rise and there could be welcome additions to the family. And perhaps because so much of your time has been focussed on “getting your act together”, by July, you’ll be ready to start enjoying life. A trip to foreign parts, an invitation to a special occasion, possibly an event where you will be the star attraction.
