A total solar eclipse is no mean event. Eclipses inspire life-defining moments. And this is no ordinary eclipse. It forms against a background of other significant alignments, which can manifest in wonderful ways as well as challenging ones. The steps you are taking at this time will change your life in ways you cannot presently see and developments that come out of the blue serve the same purpose. While this astroscape will work differently for all Taureans, the way to view events is that there is a bigger picture and the less judgemental you can be, the better.

As July’s influences fade into the distance, you may feel as though a weight has dropped from your shoulders. On the other hand, you may be preparing for special occasions to come and wishing that you had time on your hands. Either way, the cosmos is never static, and like the great sine wave of life, at the very end of one cycle a new pattern is beginning. The Sun is moving through the area of home and family and with Saturn in the mix, good work can be done bringing family together and putting in the foundations of the future.

You could be on the move. Lots of travel for some, a permanent change of location for a few, and for all, movement in situations that have been stuck forever. All change is good, as they say, but the way it comes in may not be appreciated at the time! Jupiter is encouraging growth at the very roots of life: additions to the family aside, financial gifts or improvements in income could inspire upwardly-mobile moves. Don’t expect everything to work out as planned, especially on or near the 12th and 28th – the cosmos moves in mysterious ways to take you where you’re meant to go.

This is the second year running that the astrology is like nothing we’ve seen before, which means you have to be flexible and philosophical about what comes or goes. For many, it’s a year when family comes first and for others it’s about expanding your territory, whether in the sense of spreading your influence or a bigger and better home and more people with whom to share it! There could be a lot of travel, especially in the first six months, and some of you will embark on a course to increase your knowledge or add to your bank of skills.
