1. Whenever I click on a horoscope, it's out of date, why don't you update your site more often?
The Week Ahead forecasts are updated each week by Sunday morning for the following Monday through Sunday.
The Month Ahead forecasts are usually updated three days before the start of the month.

2. I ordered an report this morning and still haven't received it, what should I do?
Penny endeavours to send all Personal Reports within 72 hours. The reports are sent via email, with an attachment.
3. I ordered a report and the information used to compile it was wrong, what should I do?
Whenever you order a personal report at Astrolutely.com a copy of the details for that report will be emailed to you. If any of these details are incorrect, please email sales @ astrolutely.com with the corrected details. If your order has been processed and your report sent, you might be asked to pay a small fee for the report to be recalculated and sent again. This fee is usually the amount necessary to repost or email the report. In the first instance please contact sales @ astrolutely.com with the corrected information and await a reply.
4. I am subscribed to Penny Thornton's Premium Service (PPS*). How do I unsubscribe?
Simply email webmaster @ astrolutely.com. Please mention which signs you wish to unsubscribe from and the email address you subscribed with.
5. I want astrological advice! How do I get it?

6. I have received a virus or blank email with attachment form Astrolutely.com. What should I do?
Penny Thornton has a stringent anti-virus policy, training and procedure ensuring all machines have up to date anti-virus scanners. All email that enters our secure email server is vigorously checked before being either sent or delivered. 11. When are the Year Ahead forecasts updated?
Penny Thornton’s Year Ahead Forecasts are now automatically updated at 00:01 hrs CET (Central European Time) on the 29th December.
12. I can not read or print my electronic report?
