The eclipse flanks the axis of life direction – home and family, on the one hand, and career and material matters, on the other – so at the very least, you’ll be able to make a decision that has been dogging you for a while. August’s celestial canopy continues to preside over important developments of a collective and individual nature, and even though this week’s powerful Venus-Pluto opposition is not centre-stage for you, these next seven days could still turn out to be show-stoppers. Think about eliminating the negative, getting rid of what you don’t need in order to create a space for the new and the productive to take root. It may not seem like a period of growth, nor a fun time of the year, but it is purposeful. Be your usual philosophical self and don’t rise to the bait.
