Do your level best not to allow feelings to override reason. This is an astrological climate in which the good is fantastic and the bad – off the charts. It is a climate of extremes. At the moment, the Sun is moving through the most obscure area of your solar chart so you are not necessarily in possession of all the facts nor able to marshal your physical, mental and spiritual resources quite so efficiently. While you will need to respond to a situation that demands immediate attention, you would be wiser to wait until you are on top of your game before tackling something you perceive as a challenge.

Into all the planetary chaos comes beautiful Venus. She enters your sign on Tuesday and will be carrying out her mission to bring love and joy into your life over the course of the next four weeks. This is no mean feat, given the climate of the times, but at some point, you’ll find yourself appreciating the blessings you have in life. And for some Cancerians there will be a new love or a success story to celebrate. Nevertheless, this is a destabilising few days. Mercury and the Sun will conjoin Uranus so unless you are intending to upend an old system, expect a few hiccups, especially with machinery and information systems.

You can’t have your cake and eat it too. Something’s got to give. As long as you’ve got most of what you have worked or hoped for, accept it. Continuing to hold out for more will end badly. While this advice applies first and foremost to career and financial matters, a little more give and take will ensure success in your personal life too. Venus will enter your sign on the 19th sprinkling you with fairy dust! Expect an uptick in romance and fun times, and a little more luck in general. As always, when you expect the best that’s usually what you get.
