| Leo - Summer 2007 |
GENERAL
You are almost at the end of your Saturnian term of trial. On 2nd September this demanding planet moves out of your sign and you will begin to see the benefits of all that has passed during the last two and a half years and all that you have learned. June and July already see some of your joie-de-vivre returning, and if you're not travelling to distant places there will be other activities that provide a sense of expanding horizons. Social events there will be a-plenty and a reconnection with an old friend could take you on a journey of nostalgia during the months ahead. August may prove somewhat trying, and a friendship or endeavour may not withstand the test of the times.
LOVE
Venus will spend longer than usual in your sign this year, giving you three times the opportunities to meet your match, set a romance on a permanent course or resolve the lingering problems in an established partnership. June 25th marks the third and final pass of the Saturn-Neptune opposition: these planets have been the cause of any huge swings you have experienced in your love life, and the reason why other people may have criticised your choice of partner - criticised you generally - or your reluctance to make a realistic decision. These matters and more may come to a head in August, prompting some Leos to abandon a relationship and others to put their all into one - regardless of public opinion!
WORK AND FINANCE
The total lunar eclipse of 28 August cuts across the financial axis of your solar chart, and is an echo of a previous one in early March. This event is likely to reveal the wisdom of actions taken earlier in the year regarding a loan or making an investment: conversely, a large amount of money may be about to enter or exit your account. The last two and a half years have forced you to stand on your own two feet: you may have left a job, started out on your own or experienced some instability on the work front: I'm not saying that everything will magically right itself as we move into the autumn but I do know that you'll never go back to where you once were. And that is a very good thing.
HOME AND FAMILY
The summer is all about you - where you're headed, your priorities and needs. While this is a necessary evil, so to speak, it won't make for harmony on the home front. Someone has to make the hard decisions and that job is down to you. Whether you're having to rein in a truculent teenager, deal with a tiresome toddler, holiday within your financial limits/working timetable or face the reality of a family/property situation you have the deciding vote. August is the most happening month, although if you have any choice in the matter you'd be better staying close to home.
