I can accept Cheques, Postal Orders and International Money Orders made payable to 'Penny Thornton' in UK Pounds Sterling only. I only dispatch goods when funds are cleared. I can accept Cheques, Postal Orders and International Money Orders by post.

Cash

For your safety only send cash in a suitably insured envelope. I will accept UK pounds, US$, AU$ and EU€. Penny Thornton cannot accept responsibility for lost cash that we haven't signed for.

Online Services

Online services occur in real time. Details of your order are emailed to the email address you provided

Electronic Services

Electronic reports are send electronically via email to the email address you supplied. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of electronic products. All electronic reports are sent in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) Format

Printed Services

All printed reports and charts are dispatched by recorded 1st Class Royal Mail. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of printed products.

International orders are dispatched from the UK by International Air Recorded Royal Mail. I do not ship to the following countries due to the simple fact that the vast majority of orders from these countries are associated with credit card fraud:

China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Yugoslavia, Croatia, Nigeria, Russia and all other former Soviet states.

This list is subject to change with or without notice. If I think an order is bad, I don't ship it. To all the honest people in these countries - I am sorry. However, it just isn't worth getting ripped-off 30 times in order to please one real customer.
