On the 23rd a new season comes in, and, with the sun in opposition to the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction, it could have a very surprising start. Add to this a full moon on the same day in close square to Pluto and many of us are going to be doing what we usually do at New Year - throwing out the old and welcoming in the new. Aries and Libra, Cancer and Capricorn are top of the list here for a fresh start, in many cases after an unexpected upset to their long-term agendas. But for all, this latter end to September is going to be memorable. Mercury will be in retrograde until the 12th so it may take until the second half of the month for us to stop playing catch-up and for travel and communications to follow a more predictable course. On balance, September is an improvement on August but that's not saying much for a year presided over by a series of harsh and unremitting alignments.
