International orders are dispatched from the UK by International Air Recorded Royal Mail.

I do not ship to the following countries due to the simple fact that the vast majority of orders from these countries are associated with credit card fraud:

China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Yugoslavia, Croatia, Nigeria, Russia and all other former Soviet states.

This list is subject to change with or without notice. If I think an order is bad, I don't ship it.

To all the honest people in these countries - I am sorry. However, it just isn't worth getting ripped-off 30 times in order to please one real customer.

Royal Mail More Details

A little note to those thinking about using stolen credit card numbers on my site:

I am not fully automated. I have actual humans who look at each and every order I get. This greatly increases my chances of spotting fraudulent orders regardless of where they are placed. When an order is placed on my site, I get a charge authorization for the amount of purchase only. I don't actually charge the amount to the card until after the goods enter the dispatch system. This gives me time to look at each order and randomly ask for credit card verification from at least 10% of all my orders. When I catch orders that look suspicious, I immediately contact the relevant credit card company and ask them to contact the original card holder to confirm the legitimacy of the activity. This may slow down the shipment of orders now and again, but most of my customers seem to like the fact that I actually check to make sure the order is safe before I ship it. I have also picked up a few fans who appreciate that I took the time to let them know their credit card had been stolen.

I have really good products, but they aren't worth going to jail for. People have gone to jail for trying to use stolen credit cards on my site. I actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies to pursue and arrest those that try pass bad or stolen credit cards on my site.
